Your obligations under this TOU include the obligation to abide by our Community Guidelines and other terms and conditions ("supplemental terms") that apply to specific neoG projects, products, and services. Your use of any of our online learning services in preview mode, on a free trial basis, or pursuant to your purchase of a membership or other service offering, is also subject to our TOU, Privacy Policy and other guidelines. The TOU shall apply to the use of this website and any other linked pages, products, software(s), API keys, features, content or application services in connection therewith, offered from time to time by us (“Services'’).

"Site materials" means the content, tools, products, services, projects, and activities made available or enabled via this site. We value your right to express and encourage the product review till the extent it is following the Community Guidelines. To the fullest extent permitted by law in each applicable jurisdiction, NC, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates and/or agents shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever, including any damages resulting from (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of or in any content; (2) any personal injury or property damage related to your use of our Services; (3) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information and/or other information stored therein; (4) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the NC Services; (5) the use or display of any Content or User content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the NC Services; (6) events beyond the reasonable control of NC, including any internet failures, equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, intergalactic struggles, governmental actions, orders of courts, agencies or tribunals or non-performance of third parties; and/or (7) loss of use, data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use any or all of our Services. You acknowledge and agree that these limitations of liability are agreed allocations of risk constituting in part the consideration for our services to you, and such limitations will apply even if We have been advised of the possibility of such liabilities. Subject to applicable law, we will not be liable for any damages.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law or declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein and the remaining terms and provisions of the TOU shall remain unimpaired and in full full force and effect.

Assignment

We are allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Grievance Redressal

We encourage you to refrain from going public with any dispute/complaints you have, without trying to resolve the dispute with Us in good faith. You shall send us a notice of conflict/dispute to our grievance redressal team by sending the notice to our registered email and the contact details of the Website, as detailed below. You shall wait for at-least 30-days for the acknowledgment and resolution of the dispute thereafter. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction after contacting and working with neoG Camp, in good faith, you might take due course.

Termination

In the event we believe that You are not following the code of conduct or community guidelines of the neoG Camp, we have the sole discretion to ban you from the camp and any of our other Services and platforms, while refunding your admission fee on a pro-rata basis to the usage of product.

Registration Data

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site's registration form (the "Registration Data"). If we have reason to believe that you have failed to do so, we may suspend or terminate your account/seat, and refuse or terminate any current or future use of the site or any of our service.

Trademark Information

You agree not to incorporate any neoG Camp into your trademarks, service marks, company names, Internet addresses, domain names, or any other similar designations. You may not remove or alter any neoG Camp marks, or co-brand your own services or material with any of the neoG Camp marks or brand.

Privacy Policy

The Registration Data and other information that you provide to us or that we collect about you will be used and processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the site, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and that you understand and agree that your personal information will be used and processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Users agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of these Terms of Use or in connection with these Terms of Use may be brought EXCLUSIVELY in the competent courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India and the Users irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts/ tribunals.

Modification and Termination of Services

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to remove site materials, modify, suspend or terminate the site (or any portion of it), and/or your use of or access, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the site.
